How does the platform margin work?
For every shipment, the courier charges a base rate (fuel surcharge + GST + zone). We add a fixed platform margin (typically 5-8%) plus a small ₹8-15 platform fee per shipment. Both are shown on your rate breakdown before you book. No hidden markups.
Do I need to lock in a volume commitment?
No. Starter and Growth plans are month-to-month with no minimums. Only Enterprise involves a volume commit in exchange for custom courier rates and SLA guarantees.
When do I get billed?
Prepaid shipments: recharged wallet is debited at booking. COD shipments: courier charges are settled from your remittance. Monthly plans (Growth, Enterprise): billed on the calendar month with a GST-compliant invoice.
What happens if I ship less this month?
On Starter you pay nothing. On Growth, the ₹499/mo unlocks features (bulk upload, weight-dispute recovery, discounted rates) — if you don't ship, you can pause the subscription until next month.
Do you charge for weight disputes?
No. Weight-dispute recovery is included on Growth and Enterprise. When we successfully recover an overcharge from a courier, it flows straight back to your wallet.
