Serviceability

Deliver Hub serves 21,500+ Indian PIN codes across all 36 states and union territories. Not every courier serves every PIN — use our pincode checker for a live view.

Pickup Times

Same-day pickups are available when an AWB is generated before 3 PM local pickup time. Later bookings are picked up the next business day. Cut-offs vary by courier — refer to your merchant dashboard.

Transit Times

• Metro to metro (surface): 2-3 business days
• Metro to rest-of-India: 4-6 business days
• Rest-of-India to rest-of-India: 5-7 business days
• Express services: 1-2 business days to most metros
• Remote areas (North-East, islands): 6-10 business days

Transit times exclude weekends and public holidays.

Weight Rules

The higher of actual weight and volumetric weight is applied. Volumetric weight = (L × B × H) / 5000 for most surface couriers. Discrepancies detected by the courier at their sortation centre trigger a weight dispute — which we handle on your behalf.

Insurance & Liability

Courier partners provide their standard limited liability per shipment (typically ₹2,500 or actual value, whichever is lower). For high-value shipments, opt into shipping insurance at booking time.

COD Terms

COD is available only after KYC approval. COD limit is ₹50,000 per shipment for standard accounts and ₹2,00,000 for Enterprise accounts. COD amounts are remitted to your linked bank account per the cycle stated in your merchant dashboard, typically T+3 to T+5 business days from delivery.

Prohibited Items

Full list is available in the Terms of Service. Common prohibitions: narcotic drugs, arms and ammunition, live animals, hazardous chemicals, counterfeit goods, currency, and any items whose shipment is restricted under Indian law.
